We require a $200.00 reservation/security deposit (refundable) within 7 days of reservation. We also require full payment 30 days prior to check in. Upon inspection by our housekeeping service, provided there are no damages, the security deposit will be refunded within 10 days following departure.
There is no per person charge (10 guests maximum).
We do not accept credit cards at this time as it only adds to the cost of your stay. We will accept personal checks if received within our schedule.
Rates quoted below include all applicable taxes.
